Lorelei


Today I heard the call of the Lorelei from my seaside haven.

She laughed

as she caressed skin with her warm breath

summoning a land dweller

to her Calypso blue waters

as I longed

to answer her.

    My family and I love camping by the ocean. It is always calling...and what a wonderful retreat! That's beautiful. So calming. God bless.
